Terms & Conditions
In products' price 24% tax is included. Collectibles, prices are in Euro currency. Payment for orders must be placed within 5 days since order confirmation. In any other case, the order will be cancelled and the customer will be notified via email for the cancellation. If the customer wants to receive the product in person (by visiting our store) or pay on delivery, a few conditions apply:
- the customer must be in Athens, Greece for in-person delivery.
- the customer must be resident of Greece for pay on delivery service.
The products will be shipped within 48 hours at most after payment clearance. ( This does not apply for holidays and non-working days)
In case the customer is not satisfied by the condition of the received products, he can receive a refund within 3 working days after the return of the product.
Product Quality GuaranteeAll our products are evaluated for authenticity and checked to meet high quality standards by our store. In case you are not satisfied by a product, a refund can take place in compliance with the return policy and terms and conditions policy.
